Meet The Team
David Malovecky
Founder & CEO
200+ Microsoft projects over 15 years. From mid-market to DAX-listed corporations. Most recently Head of Cloud Platforms at Campana & Schott, a leading Microsoft partner. Successful Microsoft implementations follow clear patterns. The same pitfalls. The same success factors. That's what 200+ projects taught me.
I translated those patterns into DAMALO, systematically. Every recommendation on what actually works in practice. A platform that empowers your team instead of replacing it.
Richard Tryzna
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
250+ successful IT projects over 20 years. Most recently Lead Cloud Architect for Microsoft 365, Azure and AI platforms at Campana & Schott. Richard makes sure every blueprint is technically sound and proven in real projects. From architecture to security configuration. Every recommendation is validated in real-world implementations before it becomes part of the platform.
The AI agents' technical approach is grounded in Richard's 20 years of hands-on cloud architecture experience.
Florian Burka
Principal Software Engineer
25 years of experience in software engineering. Florian is responsible for the software architecture. His focus is on Agentic Engineering: the right tools, guard rails, context, and memory for our AI agents. He ensures every agent operates reliably and within controlled boundaries.
Simone Eichler
Commercial Lead
10 years in the Microsoft ecosystem—from IBM to Campana & Schott across various roles. Simone is responsible for building out sales, marketing, growth, and partnerships to ensure that Agentic AI reaches where it makes the biggest impact: with customers.
Marcel Heidebrecht
Software Engineer
Marcel combines software engineering experience with cloud and AI expertise gained across several roles. His work at CCT, a student-run consultancy, gave him a strong customer perspective. His master’s thesis at TU Berlin focuses on the behavior of AI agents. He builds new features and strengthens the platform’s quality and reliability.
